Board of Directors

The Lone Tree Homeowners' Association (LTHOA) for The Charter is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors dedicated to supporting our neighborhood, upholding the Covenants, and fostering a strong sense of community. The LTHOA is one of two non-mandatory homeowners' associations in the City of Lone Tree and is recognized as Filing #1 in Lone Tree.

 

Your Board of Directors meets monthly on the first Wednesday at 7p at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the Lower Level. Board members are elected by the community to serve two year terms (term end dates listed below), with elections held in April. All Board positions are volunteer roles, and members generously contribute their time and expertise to serve our community.

Residents are encouraged to get involved by attending meetings, volunteering for committees, or considering a future role as a member of the Board.
