HOA Membership Dues
The Lone Tree Homeowners' Association for The Charter is a non-mandatory HOA.
​Annual dues of $50 per residence are collected each January and cover the entire calendar year.
How Your Dues Support The Charter
Living in an HOA community helps enhance safety, protect property values, and foster a connected neighborhood. Our annual dues of $50 are among the lowest in the metro area - less than $5 a month - yet they make a BIG difference. These dues cover essential neighborhood expenses, support the Board's day-to-day responsibilities, and allow the Board to organize events that bring neighbors together, helping our unique HOA continue to thrive.
